Rick Banville began his career with eleven years at LEGO Systems, where he built a strong foundation in leadership and management. After a layoff in 1999, he transitioned into sales, quickly rising to become a top producer and trainer in the alarm industry. In 2004, Rick entered the health insurance space with Cornerstone America, achieving top producer and management status within his first year. He went on to help expand major offices across Florida before joining USA Benefits Group in 2009, drawn to its non-captive model and client-first philosophy. Rick built one of the top-producing teams in the country and developed a substantial book of business. In 2012, he partnered with his wife, Jessica Banville, and together they built another high-performing team. In December 2020, the Banvilles acquired USA Benefits Group with a bold vision to 10X production within 10 years. In 2023, USABG became part of AmeriLife—and today, they are already two years ahead of that goal. Rick is widely recognized as a dynamic, forward-thinking leader, committed to helping brokers grow while ensuring clients receive the best possible coverage.
