Rick Banville served eleven years in the corporate world at Lego Systems, where he received invaluable managerial training. After a lay-off in 1999, he started his sales career in the alarm industry in an effort to control his destiny. He quickly rose to the top, becoming a sales trainer and opening new territories and states. He stumbled on the health insurance industry and was intrigued by residual income. He joined Cornerstone America in 2004 and became a top producer and manager within the first year. In 2006 he moved to Independent Producers of America to help build large offices in Tampa, Daytona, and Jacksonville. In 2009 he stumbled upon USABG as a competitor and learned that they were a non-captive brokerage, serving all clients, versus the captive world he was accustomed to. He joined USABG full-time and soon built a top national producing team while building and maintaining a large book of business. He met, recruited, and married Jessica Banville in 2012 and together built another top producing team. The Banvilles purchased USABG in December of 2020 and are eager to carry their message to the world of health insurance agents. Rick is often heard saying, “The solution to all of my problems is to help someone else with theirs”. He knows that serving all clients by offering a vast selection of top-quality products in various categories best serves the client, while affording the agent the opportunity to earn a great living. Rick is known in the industry as a strong, fearless, and innovative leader directing his teams around political and legislative changes and into profitability while serving clients with in-demand products.
